UNESCO: The Old City of Hrvatska
boats, bays and houses in every shade of brown;
millennium-old stone streets, covered in flowers;
edgy tourists sailing among its beaches;
then wandering around some pretty, but narrow boulevards;
tiny limestone houses sparkling in the strong sunlight;
while some rest a minute in the shades of the palm trees;
breathing in the unmissable smell of lavender;
albeit wandering around the historic heritage sites, admiring some of history’s greatest moments;
that is the true face of Stari Grad.
